What You will Do:

• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Monthly submissions and reporting to governmental authorities (including VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc.)
• Perform regular reconciliations including bank, VAT, vendors.
• Reviewing reimbursement expense reports according to company policy.
• Assist with payroll processing and related system updates.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reporting and project status reports.
• Support timesheet management and related employee communications.
  
  

• A Certified Bookkeeper (type 3 – advantage)
• 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping
• Proficiency in NetSuite Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with payroll systems and a solid understanding of payroll requirements.
• High-level of English both verbal and written- a must
• Certified payroll accountant - an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
