Media Strategy Manager

We’re looking for a Media Strategy Manager to lead our media and digital transformation journey during a maternity leave cover.

This is a fixed-term contract role until April 2026, We’re happy to explore future collaboration opportunities if additional roles open up.

What You’ll Do

As our Media Strategy Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our media strategy, digital innovation, and data-driven marketing excellence.

You will:

• Lead the media strategy across all brands, optimizing across PESO channels.
• Define and manage media architecture, from planning to performance measurement.
• Build strategic partnerships with media, tech, and creative partners.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on platforms and success metrics.
• Manage analytics tools and dashboards to optimize consumer journeys and conversions.
• Oversee SEO strategy and media research initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years in digital media management, with strong programmatic experience.
• Deep understanding of ad-serving systems, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO.
• Passion for digital innovation and consumer-centric marketing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and English.
