As a Restaurant Development Specialist, you'll be part of the Restaurants Division in the Shfela area (from Bat Yam to Gedera), your main responsibility will be managing and growing relationships with our key restaurant chain partners in that area. As the primary point of contact for the restaurant chain, you will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant partnership, from daily operational needs to business development, commercial terms, and onboarding new top tier venues. You will use data analysis, commercial expertise, and sales skills to create value and drive growth for your partners.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio
• Monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants
• Becoming a key knowledge source and go-to person for restaurant-related strategies
• Actively drive sales growth and leveraging Wolt's various promotional tools
• Train and onboard Tier 1/Tier 2 venues
• Collaborating closely with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to address restaurant needs
• Using data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners on a daily basis
  
  

Our humble expectations

• Proven experience in key account management or business development (2-5 years)
• Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and restaurant needs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
• Strong technical skills and logical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with a diverse range of partners, from restaurant owners to managers, and adapt your approach accordingly.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Passion for developing and scaling restaurant partnerships in Israel.
• BA in Business Management – an advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – a must.
