You will do what needs to be done, whenever it needs to be done — business or personal, strategy or logistics. The Role

You will be the right hand to the founder — the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Some days that means handling sensitive investor communication. Other days, it means booking last-minute international travel or managing a chaotic schedule. Every day, it means showing up ready to solve problems and keep things moving — fast.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Investor Support:

• Manage calendars, meetings, and complex international travel with precision
• Support investor communications, follow-ups, and relationship tracking
• Assist with deal materials, pitch decks, and co-investment prep
• Maintain CRMs and contact lists; keep everything organized and up to date
• Coordinate with partners, family offices, and stakeholders across time zones

Personal & Logistical Support:

• Handle personal errands, household logistics, and schedule management
• Book and manage all reservations (restaurants, hotels, events, etc.)
• Arrange transportation (drivers, rentals, flights — private or commercial)
• Travel with the executive team when needed, often on short notice
• Keep everything running smoothly — from daily tasks to major events
