Salesforce Development Team Lead

A leading financial company is seeking a talented Salesforce Development Team Lead to manage a team of 4–6 developers and lead the design and maintenance of internal systems supporting sales, onboarding, operations, and client services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a Salesforce-based internal development team

Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC

Manage integration projects using REST/SOAP APIs

Oversee deployments and version control (Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines)

Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business units

Mentor team members and establish Agile/Scrum workflows

Ensure high-quality delivery under tight deadlines

Requirements:

Hands-on development experience in Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)

Familiarity with Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules

Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and architecture

Experience with version control and deployment tools (Salesforce DX, CI/CD)

Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs

Ability to design system architecture for small to mid-scale solutions

Background in the financial sector (e.g., fintech, banking, insurance)

Understanding of financial processes such as onboarding, yield calculations, commissions, reporting, and CRM for financial clients
