Lead ML Engineer

At WDTS, we’re at the forefront of the gaming industry, developing the next generation of intelligent casino software.

We are looking for a Lead ML Engineer to join our Data Strategy & Analytics team and lead the development of advanced ML and LLM infrastructure.

💡 What will you do?

• Design, build, and lead scalable ML pipelines and workflows
• Operationalize GenAI/LLM, Agents, and RAG solutions in production
• Evaluate and improve tools, architectures, and ML stack performance
• Work closely with Data Scientists, DevOps, and Product teams
• Drive initiatives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Expertise in Python and building production-grade ML pipelines
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining ML/LLM in production
• Strong background in Data Infrastructure & Orchestration (PostgreSQL, Spark, Airflow, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Experience in startup/high-tech environments
• Casino/gaming industry experience – a strong plus
• Fluency in English and ability to work with global teams

📍 The position is based in Israel with global collaboration (US, Macau).
