About The Opportunity
Teads is seeking an energetic and data-obsessed Partner Manager to grow our Global Growth Publishers Hub business. In this role, you will work closely with some of our most strategic publisher accounts to create long-term partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
You are a go-getter with a strong client service mindset, ideally with prior experience in customer success managing clients in the DACH region. You combine strategic thinking with an execution-focused approach and have a passion for data, performance, and building impactful partnerships. You approach challenges with creativity, using your skills to tailor solutions that accelerate account growth and strengthen our publisher network.

Please Note

- Manage and grow dedicated publisher accounts
- Oversee all operational and strategic aspects of account performance, including onboarding, technical setup, optimization, analysis, and ongoing relationship management
- Partner with the Business Development team to onboard new supply partners, and support renewals and amendments iCollaborate closely with internal teams (Technical, Product, and Operations) to build scalable processes and improve efficiency
- Develop a strong understanding of Teads’ solutions and tailor the right offerings for partners
- Proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal)
- Possess a technical aptitude and a desire to learn the intricacies of the Teads system and to leverage that knowledge to help clients with support issues
- Self‐motivated and goal-driven individual, expert in time-management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data tools and dashboards; proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ad tech experience - advantage
- Eagerness to learn technical tools and platforms and apply that knowledge to support clients effectively
