About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Yield Operations Team Lead to drive revenue growth, optimize monetization strategies, and strengthen our publisher supply ecosystem. This role is highly strategic, requiring deep understanding of programmatic trends, SSP/DSP dynamics, as well as publisher monetization models. The Team Lead will manage a group of Yield Operations Managers, working closely with Product, Business Teams, Analysts, and R&D to develop scalable growth solutions and unlock new opportunities for revenue and supply quality optimization, while balancing advertiser performance.

This position combines leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional influence to ensure our publisher partnerships and programmatic channels deliver sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a team of Yield Ops Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Define team goals and ensure alignment with company revenue and growth objectives.
• Build scalable processes for inventory optimization, supply qualification and troubleshooting demand/supply performance
  
  

Revenue Optimization & Supply Strategy

• Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize monetization across supply partners
• Analyze bidding patterns, floor prices, and demand partner performance to identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to improve algorithms, scoring models, and optimization tools.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Business Development to ensure optimal inventory allocation for priority clients and campaigns.
• Work closely with Compliance and Brand Safety teams to ensure inventory meets quality
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on supply trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  
  

Operational Excellence & Reporting

• Establish reporting frameworks to track and alert performance and highlight key opportunities for growth.
• Own troubleshooting processes for supply-related issues impacting revenue, latency, or ad quality.
• Standardize best practices for pre-approval and ongoing monitoring of supply sources.
  
  

About You

• 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, yield/revenue operations, or ad-tech analytics.
• 1+ years of experience leading a team in an operational or analytical function.
• Strong understanding of SSP/DSP mechanics, auction dynamics, and key programmatic KPIs (fill rate, eCPM, win rate, etc.).
• Advanced analytical and Excel/SQL skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams and levels.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, able to balance short-term revenue goals with long-term strategic growth.
