🚨 We're Hiring: GRC Specialist | Cybersecurity & Compliance
Join a leading company in the Holon area and take part in shaping security, risk, and compliance processes that matter.
🛡️ What You'll Be Doing:
✔️ Leading and executing the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) work plan
✔️ Conducting regular cybersecurity risk assessments and identifying vulnerabilities across systems, processes, and supply chains
✔️ Managing and guiding information security audits and surveys
✔️ Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, guidelines, and documentation
✔️ Overseeing employee awareness programs and delivering cybersecurity training
✔️ Ensuring regulatory compliance with data protection and cybersecurity frameworks
✔️ Supporting InfoSec leadership in administrative and cross-organizational tasks.
📌 Requirements:
🔒 At least 2 years of proven experience in GRC or information security roles
📚 Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations (e.g., Israeli Privacy Protection Law, NBAT guidelines)
🧠 Experience in cybersecurity risk management, including supply chain risks
📝 Hands-on experience writing policies, procedures, and security documentation
🎯 Familiarity with employee awareness and training programs in cybersecurity – a big plus
💡 Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
