We are looking for Language Specialists who can train the LLM (Large Language Model) who are native Greek speakers currently living in Israel. You will be working with one of top 3 company in the world. Please find the details below and do the language assessment with 24-48 hours.

You will join a global team of linguists, language experts, subject matter specialists, and AI engineers dedicated to advancing state-of-the-art language models and AI-powered tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve its accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice modulation
• Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
• Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.
• Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.
• Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.
• Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and specified production hours.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Greek language.
• C1 level or above proficiency in English (CEFR scale) – mandatory.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with excellent attention to linguistic and grammatical detail, syntax, and semantics.
• Prior experience in content writing, language teaching, translation, localization, or linguistic annotation is preferred.
