About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and hands-on Junior Creative & Social Media Specialist to join our team and manage all things social. From planning and creating posts, to editing videos and graphics, to jumping on trends and helping shape the brand’s online voice — you’ll do it all.

You don’t need previous experience, but you do need:

• Very high-level English (native preferred)
• A strong passion for social media, pop culture, gaming, music, and/or wellness
• A creative brain full of ideas
• Skills in Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, and basic video editing tools
• Strong writing and communication skills (bonus if you love memes)
• Confidence to think big, take initiative, and post boldly
• Ability to use AI tools (like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Firefly, etc.) to generate visual and written content
• Understanding of how to write effective AI prompts for content creation

What you’ll do:

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn
• Edit reels, short video,s and graphics using tools like Photoshop, CapCut, and Canva
• Use AI tools to ideate, enhance, or generate content
• Follow trends and help Woojer stay fresh, fu,n and relevant
• Brainstorm and execute ideas with the marketing team
• Possibly help write captions, blog post,s and short-form content
