Bliss Aesthetics is a Seed-stage (well-funded) consumer-focused digital health startup on a mission to help people become the best version of themselves. We’re building a driven, high-growth organization powered by amazing talent and innovative technology.

We combine beautiful product experiences with medical credibility to help people confidently navigate aesthetic treatments - from discovery and doctor selection to booking and beyond.

As a Senior Product Designer at Bliss, you’ll play a central role in defining the look, feel, and usability of our products. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, elegant experiences for both patients and providers. You’ll be inheriting a solid foundation - with room to evolve and make it your own.

You’ll own the design process end-to-end: from ideation and research, to wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished UI.

What You'll Do

• Lead design for our web and mobile platforms (B2C and B2B).

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that bring ideas to life.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape features from concept to launch.

• Improve and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

• Talk to users, run usability tests, and translate insights into design improvements.

• Contribute to the overall product strategy, not just how things look—but what we build and why.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products (mobile/web).

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and polished UI.

• You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

• You know how to balance intuition and data.

• You're curious, humble, and care deeply about user experience.

• Tools: Figma (of course), basic prototyping tools. Bonus for motion skills.
