Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Control Engineer with a strong background in servo motors and embedded control systems. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to developing, testing, and optimizing control algorithms in real-time systems, particularly for motor drives and power electronics.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced control algorithms for servo motor systems.
• Work closely with hardware and firmware teams to integrate control solutions.
• Analyze system behavior and tune performance in real-time environments.
• Use lab tools such as oscilloscopes and power supplies to validate control performance.
• Contribute to the development and testing of inverter-based drive systems.
• Document control architecture and software implementations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong understanding of control theory and feedback systems
• Proven experience in C programming, especially for embedded systems
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with servo motors
• Experience with inverters, power circuits, and real-time motor control
• Proficiency in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, and power supplies
• Experience with STM32 microcontrollers is a strong advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with motor modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink)
• Experience with safety-critical or certified motor applications
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, UART
