About Prometheus
Prometheus Financial Advisory is an independent
economic and financial advisory firm. We specialize in incorporating creative
solutions that provide real added value to our clients. We advise companies at
different stages, from start-ups at the fundraising and product-development
stages, to mature companies, which are facing decisions pertaining to mergers,
acquisitions and public offerings.

motivated financial analysts to join us!
Responsibilities
· Form and maintain complex financial models in the subjects of forensic accounting, financial expert opinion to court and corporate valuation for issuing purposes.
· Advise in M&A processes.
· Create business plans.
· Perform complex financial analyses required at key decision-making points.
· Prepare presentations to management, board of directors and investors.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in economics/accounting - currently looking for accounting interns in the second and final year of internship.
· Understanding of and ability to read financial statements.
· Analytical mind.
· Can-do approach and aptitude in creative problem-solving.
· High degree ofproficiency with Excel.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in English and in Hebrew.
· Attention to detail, time management and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment under tight deadlines.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
