Position Overview:
The Head of Global TA is responsible for designing, leading, prioritizing, and executing ADAMA’s global hiring strategy to attract, engage, and hire talent across all regions. Building the Global TA Function from zero.
This role is a combination of a leadership role managing professionals and at the same time provide hands-on building the TA practice.
The Head of Global TA drives the governance of ADAMA’s TA by managing a team of regional TA Experts, partners closely with business leaders, and establish global TA initiatives and programs align with the business priorities to strengthen employer brand, improve hiring effectiveness, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
Market TA key responsibilities:
- Oversee the Recruitment practice at all regions; Partner with regional TA experts to enable successful execution
- Apply global strategy and framework with the flexibility in defined areas for market adjustment
- Provide guidance, tools and training to ensure high quality and professionalism in TA
- Establishgovernance and ensures consistency across regions
- Be the focal point for escalations
- Monitor performance and drives continuous improvement
TA excellence key responsibilities:
- Set & define Global People Strategy, priorities & KPIs
- Build TA yearly WP in collaboration with the regional TAs
- Upskilling - onboarding, training & mentoring TA experts & stakeholders
- Develop, optimize and maintains tools, platforms, global processes
- Set the framework, policies and governance when standardization is needed
Leadership hiring:
- Co-Lead (with People Partners) LC Community recruitments with full JD alignment, Ensure global consistent process and calibration to ADAMA LC standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field- must; Master’s degree- a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in recruiting at various levels in global tech companies- must.
- 2 +years of experience in managing global recruitment teams- must.
- Proven ability in leveraging a wide range of sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew, written and spoken
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Data savvy, comfortable delivering regular reports to senior stakeholders and driving operational excellence using metrics
- Deals effectively with ambiguity and a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive, collaborative, and can-do attitude.
