A successful defense company in Ashdod is looking for a System Engineer
Ashdod | Full-time | On-site
Job Description:
- Lead the development of systems from the initial definition phase, through lab integration, to deployment and final testing at customer sites.
- The role requires a broad systems-level perspective, deep understanding of development teams, and technical leadership of development, integration, and testing processes both in Israel and abroad.
- Work closely with multiple internal and external interfaces.
- Perform system specifications, requirements definition, and performance testing.
Requirements:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Software Engineering – mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in integration – mandatory
- Experience as a System or Integration Engineer and/or experience in hardware/physics system development – advantage
- Experience with embedded systems – advantage
- Experience in elite technological military units in technical/engineering roles – advantage
- Experience with MATLAB – advantage
- Experience in writing technical documents and working in multidisciplinary environments – advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Willingness to travel abroad 3–4 times a year
- Fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills
