What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a buyer to join our global procurement department. The Buyer will manage Allot’s business engagements with various providers in the OEM, indirect licensees, and cloud procurement domain.

Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing projects to completion- from initiation through the bidding process, RFP, supplier selection activities, negotiation, and contracting.
• Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across the supply base
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Work with various Allot teams on their requirements and long-term needs.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, and Legal to continuously improve Allot engagements (Pricing, Quality, etc)
• As part of the procurement team, support various procurement tasks and projects
• Order management- Review relevant internal requests, issue Purchase orders
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: Economics /Business administration/Law
• +3 years of Experience in Procurement in High Tech companies - advantage.
• Experience in SW OEM, indirect licensees, cloud, and services agreements – advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Outstanding service orientation
• High level of English, spoken and written
• ERP Oracle experience – advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills must be able to communicate effectively with partners, internal customers and vendors across different countries and cultures.
• Good presentation skills,
• Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, assertiveness, and multitasking capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
