About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Oracle ERP Logistics Team Leader to lead our logistics applications team in a global organization. This role combines leadership with active operational responsibility for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite logistics modules (INV, PO, OM, Service Contracts, install base). You will manage projects, directly resolve issues or delegate them effectively, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal business outcomes.

What Will You Do as Part of The Role?

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Oracle EBS logistics ERP team
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions
• Manage and deliver ERP-related projects within scope and timelines
• Oversee and participate in system configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation activities
• Provide hands-on support for the logistic modules
• Take ownership of incoming tickets and service requests: resolve them directly or assign to the appropriate team member
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT teams to drive continuous improvement and user satisfaction
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies
  
  

• Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS logistics modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Install base, WIP, Service Contracts)
• At least 2-3 years in a team lead or managerial role within an ERP environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and order fulfillment processes
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, optimize, and document business processes
• Experience managing and prioritizing support tickets in a fast-paced environment
• High-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience working in a global organization—an advantage
• Experience in writing functional and technical specification documents
• Experience managing projects and integrating with third-party systems from end to end- that are not Oracle-based
