A technology-driven company is looking for a skilled and motivated RF/MMW Engineer to join the team and take part in the development of advanced RF modules and systems operating at high frequencies and high power levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of RF and MMW modules for high-performance systems.
• Schematic design and PCB layout coordination (preferably using OrCAD).
• Conduct RF lab testing using advanced equipment (Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer, etc.).
• Collaborate with system, mechanical, and integration teams throughout the development cycle.
• Perform RF simulations and hands-on debugging during integration and testing phases.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – Must.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on RF development experience
• Proven experience designing high-frequency and high-power RF circuits and modules.
• Strong experience with schematic design and PCB layout tools – OrCAD preferred.
• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment – Must.
• Advantage: experience with RF simulation tools.
• Advantage: experience in high-power RF product development.
• Advantage: experience working with subcontractors and suppliers.

We’re also interested in profiles of RF engineers with strong board design experience, especially those with background in power amplifiers, antennas, microwave systems, and high-frequency layout.
