Paid Media Specialist (PPC) – Meta & Google Ads

RAVEN – Israel's leading female-founded activewear brand – is looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.

• Plan, build, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google (and optionally TikTok)
• Manage budgets, bids, A/B tests, custom audiences and creative variations
• Monitor and analyze performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, LTV)
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to brief and test ad creatives
• Identify growth opportunities and campaign insights based on data

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads required)
• Data-driven, results-oriented and organized
• Fluent in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Strong communicator with attention to detail
• Passionate about women-led brands and storytelling through performance
