A stealth-mode startup in the chip optimization domain is developing a cutting-edge simulator and a novel solution for distributed chip verification, significantly accelerating the path to production. Their solution makes the verification process up to 25x faster than competitors such as Cadence and Synopsys.

The company, founded in 2023 by elite tech unit alumni (Unit 81) and Hailo veterans, has strong ties within the semiconductor industry. They’ve recently completed a successful pilot and already have paying customers including two of the largest chip companies in the world.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train line, the company currently employs 17 people and offers a hybrid work model.

Role Highlights:

• Join the R&D team in building a highly optimized chip verification platform.
• Work on low-level development in Rust, focusing on software that performs algorithmic optimization for chip verification processes.
• Responsible for writing high-performance, logic-intensive code.
• Report directly to the Head of Development.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in a scientific field from a recognized university – required (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science)
• Military service in elite technology units such as 8200, 81, or Unit 49 – required
• 5 years of hands-on development experience in C / Rust / C++ – required
• Experience in low-level development – required
• Experience in Embedded development for chips – strong advantage
