Are you passionate about bridging business needs with cutting-edge digital experiences? We're looking for a Digital System Analyst to join a cross-functional team working on impactful projects in a hybrid environment.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

🔍 Analyzing and defining system requirements for the company’s external website and internal portal

🤝 Collaborating with Development, QA, and Business teams

🧠 Identifying and implementing AI-driven features to improve user engagement and operational efficiency

📝 Writing user stories, refining requirements, and leading end-to-end project delivery

💡 Working with LLMs and AI experts to integrate intelligent features in digital applications

🔧 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience in system analysis or digital product/project management

✅ Experience with Customer-Facing platforms – big plus

🎓 Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

🧩 Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

🗣 Strong interpersonal skills and full proficiency in English (written and verbal)
