Senior Full Stack Engineer

StoreNext is a tech-company, leading the field of research and market data analysis of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in Israel.

We are now looking to hire the foundational Full Stack Developer for our new in-house team, who will lead the development of our next flagship product and gradually take part in other existing development projects.

What You'll Do 

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and launch a new product with a strong emphasis on intuitive user experience and functional complexity.
• Ownership & Initiative: Lead the development of our new application, making significant architectural and technological decisions.
• AI-Powered Development: Utilize advanced AI tools daily and intensively to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve complex problems.
• Tackle Challenges: Solve complex performance issues and work with significant volumes of data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our product, design, and data teams to understand business needs and translate them into elegant technological solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Expertise in Frontend development with React 
• Proven experience in Backend development (Java preferred).
• Proven experience (1+ yr in android/ios/flutter/RN) in mobile development
• Hands-on, ongoing experience with AI development tools (Must).
• Experience with AWS cloud services, specifically RDS and EC2 (Significant advantage).
• Startup DNA: Independent, a "can-do" attitude, a natural problem-solver, and a drive to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
• A fast learner with a passion for personal growth and a desire to evolve into a technology leader.
