Software and System Validation Engineer (Ethernet Expertise)

What Will You Do as Part of The Role?

· Systems and setup bring up, System Verification and Validation.

· Responsible of functional and performance validation of features and system

· Take part in regression automation test of wireless backhaul systems.

· Write and analyze automatic tests (code-less) for new systems and features.

· Leading investigations, analyzing, and recording failures and performance behavior.

· Define and execute test scenarios.

· Build test setups.

Job Requirements

What does it require from you?

Must:

· B.Sc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in System Verification (functional and performance)

· Experience in functional and performance validation of features on HW based products.

· Good Knowledge in Ethernet L2 switching (CCNA level) - Must!

· Good English language skills in speaking and in writing

An advantage:

· Relevant experience in writing and performing automatic tests

· Experience in design and development of automatic tests for embedded features and entire systems.

· Experience in operating Ethernet and TDM Test Equipment (IXIA/Agilent-N2X/STC, XENA, OmniBER etc.)

· Experience in microwave radio, modulation, error-proof data transmission.

· Experience in fields of Telecommunication

· Experience in TDM (E1/T1) and SDH (STM-1/OC-3) technology
