Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Lead Generation – B2B & B2C)
Hybrid – Petah Tikva, Israel
we’re on a mission to help Israelis take control of their financial future – from pensions to insurance to long-term planning. As we grow our reach, we’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to drive high-quality lead generation through paid channels and lifecycle marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter/X, and affiliate channels
Generate and convert leads for both B2B and B2C segments, with a focus on the Israeli market
Run full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion
Optimize landing pages, creatives, and targeting based on campaign performance
Conduct A/B tests to improve CTRs, CPLs, and conversion rates
Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager
Analyze campaign performance and user behavior via Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance and scale efforts
Email Marketing & Nurturing:
Develop and manage email marketing funnels to nurture leads post-acquisition
Create and optimize automated email flows (e.g., welcome sequences, drip campaigns) to improve conversion and retention
Collaborate with content and design teams to craft engaging and high-converting email messages
Monitor open rates, click-throughs, and engagement KPIs to refine campaigns
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation
Proven ability to scale campaigns with measurable ROI
Familiarity with the Israeli digital market and audience behaviors
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and paid media platforms
Experience running or collaborating on email marketing campaigns
Fluent in Hebrew, proficient in English
Comfortable working in a hybrid model from our Petah Tikva office
Nice to Have:
Experience with affiliate marketing and partnerships
Background in fintech, insurtech, or financial services
Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Basic understanding of SEO as part of the acquisition mix
