Maintenance Service Area Manager | Rehovot Dairy

About the Role:

A key leadership role overseeing the Maintenance Service area in a large industrial dairy plant. The position combines hands-on technical expertise, team management, and coordination across multiple operational interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of technical teams and maintenance scheduler
• Full responsibility for breakdown maintenance and task prioritization for filling machines, process equipment, and logistics
• Lead onboarding, training, and certification processes for team members
• Manage work schedules, vacations, performance tracking, and daily reporting
• Coordinate with operations and production to ensure alignment with work plans
• Oversee external suppliers and initiate operational improvements

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – mandatory
• At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance – mandatory
• Prior managerial experience – strong advantage
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently
