Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer to join us

The position includes:

• Developing technological processes and manufacturing procedures for aerospace parts and assemblies, with direct influence on and guidance of product design for manufacturability

• Supporting the production process from early development stages to serial manufacturing

• Working with various interfaces – engineering, manufacturing, and customers in Israel and abroad

• Participating in and leading design reviews, both with the design engineering teams and at subcontractors’ sites and manufacturing floors

What we are looking for:

• Certified Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – required.

• At least 3 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer with knowledge in the design of manufacturing tools - required

• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, planning workflows and workstations, quality control in manufacturing, and production line design - required

• Hands-on experience supporting production floors - required

• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) - required

• Experience in the aerospace industry - strong advantage

• Experience in mechanical design using advanced CAD tools - required; NX/UG – advantage

• Experience writing work instructions and process cards in SAP environment - advantage

• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and methods involving composite materials - advantage

• Availability to travel abroad (for training, production support, professional guidance, and audits) - required
