Shipping Specialist

We are looking for our next star - to cope with daily challenges, to deal with multiple tasks, wide controllability, quickly absorb and process information, and lead and promote logistics & shipping processes for shipping.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Shipping and Logistics Specialist, located in the Tel Aviv District.

Working hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00-18:00, plus Fridays from 8:00-16:00.

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of international shipping operations to over 130 countries worldwide.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments in accordance with international trade laws, customer requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate daily with global customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and factories (mainly in China).
• Prepare and manage all shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Track and monitor shipments, resolve shipping delays or issues, and provide regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, incoterms, and documentation standards.
• Manage Gantt charts and shipping schedules to meet tight deadlines.
• Drive efficiency by identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving processes.
• Collect and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Serve as a communication bridge between international stakeholders and internal teams.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in international shipping/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of global shipping processes, documentation, and trade compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
• Problem-solver with the ability to manage challenges and think on your feet.
• A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to timelines.

Advantages:

• Experience working with Chinese factories or Asian suppliers.
• Background in the toy, plastic, or print manufacturing industries.
• Experience working in or with international freight forwarding companies.
