Marketing Manager – Asia Desk | ELTA Division | IAI

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Asia Desk in ELTA’s division.

The position includes:

• Promoting, marketing, and selling ELTA systems in Asia.
• Managing relationships with customers, business partners, and government entities.
• Coordinating marketing activities with the international marketing headquarters of IAI and relevant units.
• Meeting contractual targets, managing complex sales processes, and monitoring marketing activities.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement procedures, local regulations, and building marketing infrastructure in target countries.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and strong communication and representation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively abroad.
• High business acumen, experience in business development and negotiation management.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Business Administration is an advantage.
• Full proficiency in English – speaking, reading, writing, and presenting.
• At least 5 years of experience in an international marketing role covering a foreign territory with significant scope – preference for experience in Asia.
• Experience managing marketing promoters in foreign territories – required.
• Experience in business development and partnerships with Israeli and foreign companies – required.
• Familiarity with the global defense market and technical understanding of defense systems.
