TIE Hospitality Management has operated in the vacation rental industry since 2014.

started as a side gig, and we are growing ever since.

During this time, we opened our own Brands and managed for others.

Nowadays, we are working in 2 countries: Israel & Cyprus, and we focus on whole buildings and luxury apartments.

Over the years, we rented and managed 200+ apartments, 6 hospitality brands,

had many happy guests, some come back to this day :)

Today, we have vast experience and knowledge on how to manage and build a successful hospitality brand.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vacation Rentals Operational Manager, based in Limassol with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operational Manager will oversee the daily operations of our vacation rentals, ensure high-quality service for our guests, manage and coordinate maintenance, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and work to improve guest satisfaction. Additional tasks include managing bookings, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and monitoring performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management, property management, or related fields
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and ensure high-quality service
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using property management software and booking platforms
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal form
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work both on-site and remotely
• Knowledge of the local area and hospitality industry is a plus
