רכז/ת קהילה בהתנדבות (סטארטאפ קהילתי בהקמה) / Community Pilot Organizer (Volunteer – Social Impact Startup)

על התפקיד:

מישי הוא מיזם חברתי‑עסקי חדש שמחבר בין אנשים שזקוקים לעזרה במשימות יומיומיות (כמו קיפול כביסה, תיאום טסט, החזרת מוצרים) לבין אנשים אחרים מהקהילה המקומית שיכולים לבצע אותן אבל עם לב גדול ותחושת קהילתיות.

המיזם נמצא בשלב הפיילוט, ומחפש רכזי/רכזות קהילה מתנדבים/ות בערים שונות – אנשים שמכירים את הקהילה המקומית שלהם, פעילים בה, ורוצים לקחת חלק בהקמה של שירות חדש ומשמעותי.

התפקיד מתאים לאנשים עם זיקה לקהילה, חוש יזמי, ורצון להשפיע מהשטח.

איך נראה הצלחה בתפקיד:

– גיוס של 30–50 משתמשים בשבוע לפיילוט בעיר/שכונה שלך

– יצירת קבוצה מקומית פעילה (לרוב בוואטסאפ)

– העברת משוב שוטף לצוות המרכזי לשיפור החוויה

– ייצוג הערכים של מישי מול המשתמשים המקומיים

– שיתוף פעולה עם צוות מישי על אסטרטגיית הצמיחה הקהילתית

תחומי אחריות:

– חיבור תושבים מקומיים למיזם – הן כ"מבקשי משימות" והן כ"נותני שירות"

– תמיכה בתהליך ההצטרפות וההבנה של הפלטפורמה

– שמירה על קשר עם הצוות המרכזי והעברת תובנות מהשטח

– עידוד מעורבות ופעילות בקבוצה המקומית

– הפצת ערכי המיזם: אמון, שקיפות, שייכות

דרישות:

– חיבור אמיתי לקהילה המקומית (פיזית או דיגיטלית)

– תקשורת בין‑אישית טובה ויכולת הנעה

– עצמאות, יוזמה ונכונות "להרים משהו מהשטח"

– לא נדרש ניסיון קודם או השכלה פורמלית – רק רצון לעשות טוב ולהיות חלק

המיזם פועל כיום ללא הכנסות ובשלב ראשוני – אך עם תוכנית ברורה להתרחבות ולהפוך למיזם רווחי.

המתנדבים/ות הם הלב של הפיילוט, ויקבלו קדימות כשנגיע לשלב גיוס ההון והרחבת הצוות בתשלום.

Mishi is a new social-impact startup that connects people who need help with everyday tasks to others in their local community who can assist focused on trust, flexibility, and real human connection.

We’re launching pilot programs in selected cities and looking for engaged, well-connected individuals who want to take part in shaping a platform from the ground up.

This volunteer role is ideal for someone passionate about community-building, social innovation, and making a real impact in people’s daily lives.

What Success Looks Like:

– Recruiting at least 30–50 local users a week (requesters and taskers)

– Creating a supportive and active WhatsApp group for your city

– Providing feedback that improves the user experience

– Representing Mishi with empathy and clarity in your area

– Collaborating with the Mishi core team on community growth strategy

Responsibilities:

– Identify and engage local community members to join the pilot

– Help users onboard and understand how Mishi works

– Maintain regular communication with the core team and share insights

– Encourage participation and resolve basic questions in your city group

– Represent Mishi’s values: trust, helpfulness, transparency

Qualifications:

– Connected to your neighborhood/community (digitally or offline)

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to self-organize and manage local outreach

– Interest in community-driven initiatives or the future of work

– No formal education or experience required – just motivation and people skills

How This Fits Into Mishi:

We are at an early stage, with no revenue yet – but a clear roadmap to scale. Volunteers will help validate and shape the future of the platform.

While this role is unpaid, active contributors will be prioritized when we move to funded operations and paid positions.
