Job OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, business-driven leader to join our executive team as Chief Business Officer (CBO). This is a pivotal role overseeing growth strategy, business development, marketing, partnerships, and revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B acumen, proven team leadership, and a sharp analytical mind with a clear focus on growth and scalability.Key Responsibilities● Lead and execute the company’s holistic growth strategy across Marketing, BizDev, Sales, and Customer Success
● Drive go-to-market plans for new products and services
● Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify and act on new business opportunities
● Optimize business funnel and revenue KPIs – from lead generation to retention and MRR
● Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, tech, and operations teams
Requirements● 5+ years in a senior business, growth, or BizDev leadership role at a B2B tech company
● Strong commercial and strategic orientation with a focus on revenue and profitability
● Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic, data-driven environments
● Deep understanding of business metrics: CAC, LTV, churn, funnel conversion
● Fluent English (verbal and written) – mandatory
● Independent, proactive, and highly analytical mindset
