What will your day look like

• ?Providing legal support for large-scale projects (including BOT), involving the delivery of complex technological system
• sOngoing work with public and governmental entities on procurement and tender matter
• sDrafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both Hebrew and Englis
• hHandling corporate legal matters, including corporate governance and company secretarial dutie
• sOffering legal counsel to professional teams and business stakeholders across the organizatio
• nSupporting project execution phases while balancing legal, business, and operational need

Requirement

• s:At least 5 years of experience working with large public companies, either at a leading law firm and/or in a corporate legal departme
• ntSignificant experience in public procurement and tender law, including tender analysis and negotiation with tender committees – requir
• edProven experience drafting and negotiating contracts in Hebrew and English, particularly in technological and infrastructure projects – requir
• edHigh-level proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) – requir
• edExperience with corporate governance and company secretarial work – an advanta
• geStrong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently lead legal process
