Procurement and Supply Coordinator

About Us

At Mechanical Devices, we design and build advanced thermal systems for the semiconductor industry. We’re looking for a Procurement and Supply Coordinator to join our  team.

Responsibilities

·        Monitor inventory and place purchase orders with local and international suppliers

·        Track orders and ensure timely delivery

·        Coordinate logistics with shipping companies

·        Handle customs clearance with Israeli customs authorities

·        Collaborate with suppliers, employees, and managers to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

·        High proficiency in Hebrew (both written and spoken)

·        Good English reading and writing skills,  conversational Russian

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Experience working with inventory management systems

Additional advantages:

·        Strong communication skills

·        Familiarity with ERP (Priority)
