We're hiring a Fraud Analyst – Digital Channels

Join a leading financial organization and play a key role in protecting users and systems from digital fraud.

What you'll do:

Detect and analyze fraud across digital channels – website and mobile app (Web & App)
Investigate suspicious transactions, activities, or user behaviors
Write and maintain detection rules and events using SPLUNK
Work with SQL databases to extract and analyze data
Perform deep-dive analyses and fraud investigations
Develop and operate fraud prevention tools and mechanisms
Collaborate with internal teams, including SOC
Monitor fraud trends and design proactive defense strategies
Continuously improve fraud detection processes and response frameworks
Work as part of a professional and experienced team of 9 Fraud Analysts

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Fraud Analyst – mandatory
Proven experience writing detection rules/events in SPLUNK or a similar platform – mandatory
Strong SQL skills – mandatory
Experience working with BI tools – advantage
