Senior Technical Support Representative

📢 We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Support Representative – Tier 3

📍 Location: Petah Tikva (Hybrid – 1 day WFH) | 🕒 Full-time

A growing infrastructure tech company specializing in messaging and email delivery platforms is looking for a Tier 3 Technical Support Specialist to join our development-facing support team.

This is not a traditional support role – we're looking for someone highly technical, capable of reading API-level code, using network monitoring and debugging tools, and collaborating directly with our R&D team to analyze complex incidents.

What you’ll be doing:

🔍 Handle escalated Tier 3 technical issues from clients and internal teams

💡 Analyze and troubleshoot API (REST) requests and response flows

🛠 Work with development tools, logs, and network monitoring platforms

🤝 Collaborate closely with product, dev, and QA teams to resolve deep technical issues

📚 Help improve documentation and internal knowledge base

What we're looking for:

✅ Strong experience in technical support

✅ Proven ability to read/debug code and logs (focus on REST APIs)

✅ Experience with tools for network analysis, monitoring, or debugging

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to go deep

Bonus: familiarity with messaging/email platforms or infrastructure-level products
