We’re a fast-growing startup at the intersection of robotics and AI for national security and are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented professional to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and manage price quotes

• Conduct follow-ups with customers and partners

• Update and maintain status tracking systems

• Filter and prioritize incoming leads and tasks

• Coordinate between sales managers and operational teams

What you’ll bring:

• Exceptional English – near-native written and spoken level

• Strong Excel skills – organizing and analyzing data is second nature

• Excellent writing – clear, aesthetic, and structured documents

• People skills – you enjoy communication and coordination

• ChatGPT on speed dial – you know how to get things done efficiently

• Military operational background – a plus
