Recruitment Coordinators | Sourcing Partners | Talent Acquisition Partners

Work directly with leading companies, global tech firms, infrastructure companies, and startups – in real-time hiring processes across diverse functions.

Open Positions:

🔹 Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter):

• Full-cycle recruitment ownership across technical and business roles
• Partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and global stakeholders
• Deep candidate screening, interview management, and process control
• Experience in global tech hiring – required
• Strong English & Hebrew skills – written and spoken

🔹 Sourcing Partner:

• Focused on identifying top talent across engineering, hardware, software, DevOps, etc.
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, sourcing tools & AI platforms
• Proven experience in tech sourcing – mandatory
• Independent, curious, and fluent in English

🔹 Recruitment Coordinator:

• Managing candidate scheduling, logistics, and interview operations
• Responsible for candidate experience, communication, and system tracking
• Working with ATS, supporting recruiters, and maintaining process flow
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – with excellent service orientation
