Subsidiary Controller

We are looking for a talented and hands-on Subsidiary Controller to join our Finance team for a maternity leave cover (temporary position for 6-8 months).

This role includes full responsibility for financial reporting, month-end close, tax compliance, payroll review, and business performance analysis – all within a dynamic and global company.

Responsibilities:

·       Lead the monthly close process, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

·       Manage the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes

·       Review and ensure compliance with all tax filings and statutory reporting requirements

·       Conduct monthly payroll reviews for the Israeli entity.

·       Prepare year-end financial statements for audit purposes, including tax proforma reports, and coordinate with external auditors.

·       Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results against budget and forecast, and provide insights to management.

·       Manage revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards and ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting.

Requirements:

·      CPA-qualified with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience (Big 4 background – an advantage)

·      Experience in global companies and/or SaaS businesses – a plus

·      Strong knowledge of Israeli tax, payroll, and financial reporting requirements

·      Hands-on experience with financial systems (NetSuite – must)

·      High level of Excel proficiency and analytical skills

·      Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

·      High level English (written and spoken).

·      Ability to work with tight deadlines.
