Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy across various channels, including networks, DSPs, affiliates, influencers and more.
• Own end-to-end campaign management, including budget management, bid optimization, account structure, ad copy, landing page optimization, and conversion optimization.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve KPIs.
• Analyze campaigns and inform the team with your insights 
• Work with creative teams, internal and and external, to ideate and create top performing ads

Requirements

• 5 years experience in user acquisition in the mobile games industry
• You LOVE hands-on work - this is an active role 
• Campaign management experience in self-served platforms
• Significant budget management and experience working with top channels: Facebook, Applovin, Unity, etc.
• Data proficiency - ability to understand, and act upon attribution and performance data
• Fluent English, both written and verbal
• Positive personality, comfortable giving and receiving feedback
