Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Loan Specialist to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will work with small and medium-sized business owners to assess their funding needs and connect them with appropriate lending solutions. Your success is directly tied to your performance, offering uncapped earning potential and opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify potential clients in need of business financing (working capital, equipment loans, SBA loans, etc.).
• Conduct needs-based assessments to match clients with the most suitable loan products from our network of lenders.
• Educate business owners on their financing options and guide them through the loan application process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings to convert prospects into funded deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and deal progress using [CRM software].

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, lending, or business banking.
• Strong understanding of small business operations and financing challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a commission-driven environment.
• Reliable access to a phone, computer, and internet.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed funding targets.

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based (no base salary)
