Call Center Sales Manager – U.S. Market

We’re a fast-growing cyber company working with law firms across the U.S, helping victims of online fraud. We're seeking a skilled and driven Call Center Sales Manager to lead our sales team and take it to the next level.

Your Role:

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, optimize processes, and ensure daily targets are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is motivated by results and hungry to close deals.

Requirements:

• Fluent/native-level English – a must
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a sales team in an international market – required
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for performance
• Full-time availability (4 days/week) during U.S. hours
• High energy, accountability, and commitment to excellence
