System Engineer

Systems Engineer | Central Israel | Aerospace Division, Systems Engineering Plant

The position includes:

• Leading the engineering development of complex multidisciplinary technological systems

• Writing system architecture and design requirement specifications

• Integrating subsystems into full system solutions

• Conducting tests and performance validation, including demonstration and proof-of-concept testing

• Participating in internal and external engineering design reviews

• Managing internal and external subcontractors

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics – required

• Master’s or PhD – an advantage

• Israeli citizenship – required

• At least 5 years of proven experience in leading the design process of complex systems – required

• Experience in multidisciplinary aerospace technology projects – strong advantage

• Familiarity with experimental testing processes – strong advantage

• High-level English proficiency – an advantage

• Experience in setting up and operating infrastructure facilities for aerospace projects – an advantage

• Academic collaboration in Israel or abroad – an advantage
