We're building an AI-first platform that helps businesses make smarter product decisions—faster. Think: less guesswork, more growth. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on VP of R&D to join us at day zero and build the future with us.

This is not a typical VP role. You’ll be the first engineering hire—working alongside the co-founders to architect, build, and ship. From AI infrastructure to frontend experience, you’ll touch every part of the stack. As the company scales, so will your leadership—eventually growing and leading our entire R&D org.

• Design and own the technical architecture across AI, data, and web layers
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, especially around LLMs and automation
• Set the foundation for future hires, processes, and infrastructure
• Help shape the product experience, not just the code
• Work in short, high-impact cycles with real-world feedback from early customers

• Are a full-stack leader with 8+ years of engineering experience
• Have led or owned core systems in a fast-moving startup
• Are excited to go deep on AI, user behavior, data pipelines, and/or eCommerce
• Have experience shipping production LLM-based features (strong plus)
• Want to own the build, not just manage it—especially in the early stages
• Thrive in uncertainty, move fast, and value sharp execution over bureaucracy
