Project Management Officer

Job Description:

Responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive operational work plans across all departments (R&D and Manufacturing). Collaborate closely with project managers to build detailed project GANTT charts and timelines. Ensure alignment and synchronization of work schedules between various departments, performing regular progress tracking, status reporting, and prioritization of tasks to meet company objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update detailed production and development work plans.
• Coordinate cross-departmental planning to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making by senior management.
• Facilitate communication between R&D, manufacturing, and other operational teams.
• Support risk management and change control processes within projects.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and project execution processes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operational planning and project coordination.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in creating and managing GANTT charts.
