Software Engineering Team Lead

A successful Israeli high-tech company in the DevSecOps and MLOps space. They have developed a unified platform and application that consolidates various solutions needed for efficient, secure, and fast software development, providing a holistic solution to their clients. This includes products for optimizing CI/CD processes, security, IoT, and MLOps.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train line, offering a hybrid work model with two days remote per week. The company has approximately 1,800 employees globally across 11 sites, with the main development center in Israel.

They serve over 7,500 clients, many of which are Fortune 100 companies.

About the role-

• Manage a team of 5-6 developers, including one automation engineer.
• Primarily develop in Java, with around 30% hands-on work including code reviews.
• Part of the Core group responsible for the infrastructure of the flagship product.
• Tech stack includes Java, Spring, Kubernetes, Postgres, AWS, Microservices, and Docker.

Requirements-

• 2 years of experience as a Team Lead (TL)
• 8 years of Backend (BE) development experience
• 4 years of experience with Java
• Experience with Cloud technologies
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
