Junior IT Project Manager

We're hiring: Project Manager | Defense Industry

We are Leidos Israel, part of a global technology leader specializing in security, IT, cloud, and data center solutions.

We're currently recruiting for a major military project – a long-term, stable initiative at its early stages, offering a unique opportunity to grow, influence, and lead impactful work from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise contractors’ on-site work
• Ensure high-quality execution of installations: computers, printers, phones, and patching in communication rooms
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
• Deliver under tight deadlines while upholding quality standards
• Assist the division manager in all project-related aspects, as needed

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience managing IT/infrastructure projects – mandatory
• Hands-on experience working with contractors on-site – strong advantage
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Security clearance – a significant advantage
