Artificial Intelligence Engineer

An innovative Startup Company in the Security Operations domain is developing a platform for DevSecOps teams to streamline the entire threat management process from investigation to real-time response through a unified, intelligent AI interface.

The company is based in Tel Aviv (near a train line), has around 40 employees (half of them in R&D), and offers a hybrid work model with one day from home.

About the role-

• Join a small, experienced AI team driving one of the core components of the product
• Develop LLM-based solutions and AI Agents for the cybersecurity domain
• Process unstructured textual data such as logs, alerts, and threat intelligence
• Own end-to-end solutions: from problem definition and modeling, through coding and pipeline deployment (MCP: Model-Code-Pipeline)
• Build scalable NLP and ML infrastructure in a production environment
• Design and implement architecture-level AI solutions
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Cybersecurity Analysts
• Code in Python and operate in an AWS-based environment
• Make a direct impact – every feature in the product includes an AI component

Requirements-

• 4+ years of professional experience in ML/AI engineering.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and building AI agents in production environments.
• Strong understanding of text classification, ranking, and evaluation in NLP systems.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of deploying and maintaining AI systems at scale.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Experience working independently in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
