AI Developer

A large banking institution in Tel Aviv is seeking a GenAI Developer with experience in Python development and Java Backend development.

The Data+AI Division is a newly established unit leading all data and AI-related initiatives at the bank.

From defining strategy, methodologies, and processes to developing cutting-edge, integrative solutions – we take a cross-organizational approach to the bank's products and data assets, in full partnership with business units across the organization.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented developer to join our team in building application infrastructure for GenAI processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement organizational GenAI infrastructure.
• Conduct research and development of AI agents.
• Build innovative application infrastructure within the Data Lake ecosystem, with a focus on scalability and performance.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) – a Must
• Experience developing in Python – a Must (FastAPI – an advantage)
• Experience developing in Java Spring Boot – a Must
• Experience working with AWS – a Must
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture – a Must
• Experience working with Kubernetes and Docker – a Must
• Experience with MongoDB and MySQL
• Experience working with Cloudera Data Platform – an advantage
• Familiarity with Spark and Kafka – an advantage
• Background and understanding of organizational CI/CD processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
• High level of self-learning ability
