Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full AR process—ensuring timely collections, managing credit risks, and keeping cash flow on track across local and international markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and manage customer accounts and outstanding balances
• Conduct collection calls and emails (primarily with international clients)
• Serve as the go-to contact for billing and AR-related inquiries
• Generate invoices via SAP and analyze AR aging reports
• Help enforce credit and collections policies
• Support additional accounting and finance tasks as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in customer collections or accounts receivable
• Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking
• SAP experience is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Certified Bookkeeper – an advantage
• Newly Qualified Israeli Accountant - advantage
